1:1 Email Coaching
You’ll follow a strength training plan designed around your schedule, recovery, and goals. Nutrition support is macro based and simple, so you can stay consistent and see changes in muscle tone, strength, and how your clothes fit. This is the kind of foundation that supports healthy aging and long-term confidence. If you already own Fit Forever or 6 Week Shred, we can use that program as your foundation and personalize it.

What to expect
How Coaching Works
01. APPLY
Fill out a short application so I can understand your goals, training experience, schedule, and limitations. If we’re a good fit, I’ll email you the link to purchase your package and start.
02. Intake & plan
After purchase, you’ll complete your intake form. Within 48 hours, you’ll receive your custom starting plan, macro targets, and your check-in instructions. If you already own Fit Forever or 6 Week Shred, I’ll use it as context, then tailor your training and macros to you and adjust based on your check-ins. You’ll get weekly updates based on your check-ins and progress.
03. Weekly check ins & adjustments
You’ll email your weekly check-in using a simple template. I’ll review your progress and update your plan based on what’s working and what needs to change. You’ll have direct access to me through email, with ongoing support between check-ins.

And I know firsthand that training after 40 can feel different. Recovery matters more, stress hits harder, and it’s easy to feel stuck even when you’re trying.
My coaching is built for that season of life: clear structure, simple habits, and consistent adjustments based on your check-ins. I keep spots limited because your training plan and macro targets are customized for you, not pulled from a template.
