About Your Coach

I’m Cassie

I believe the ultimate glow-up starts with a strong foundation. Strength training and staying active are some of the most underrated anti-aging tools we have. And I know firsthand that training after 40 can feel different. Recovery matters more, stress hits harder, and it’s easy to feel stuck even when you’re trying.

My coaching is built for that season of life: clear structure, simple habits, and consistent adjustments based on your check-ins. I keep spots limited because your training plan and macro targets are customized for you, not pulled from a template.

A personalized strength training plan, step targets, and strategic cardio as needed. Plus calorie and macronutrient targets (protein, carbs, fats), and weekly check-ins with adjustments. You’ll also have email support between check-ins so you always know what to do next.

My digital programs give you the structure and a solid starting point. Coaching includes personalization, feedback, and accountability. I tailor plans to your unique goals, schedule, starting point, then adjust training and macros week by week based on how you’re actually progressing.

Coaching is a good fit if you want a plan built around your life and you want someone to adjust it based on feedback. It’s especially helpful if you’ve been consistent but feel stuck, or you want more clarity and accountability than a self-paced program provides.

I coach with a foundation first approach. We prioritize strength training to build muscle, daily steps for consistent energy and fat loss support, and minimal cardio for heart health without burning you out. We also focus on mobility, recovery, stress management, and whole foods that support inflammation and digestion. Macros are one of my favorite tools, especially for beginners, because they create clarity and give us fast feedback. From there, I adjust what matters most: your calories and macros, steps and cardio, recovery and rest, and training focus so your plan fits your life and your progress stays consistent.

You can still apply. Many plans can be modified around limitations. If anything requires medical clearance, I’ll ask you to get it before we start.

Most clients train 3 to 5 days per week, depending on your goals and schedule. Most workouts take about 45 to 60 minutes, but everything is customized to your time, preferences, and recovery. Your weekly check-in takes about 5 to 10 minutes. The goal is to keep this realistic and sustainable.

Results vary based on your starting point, consistency, and recovery. Coaching is designed to help you build strength, support body recomposition, and create routines you can keep. You’ll never be asked to rely on extremes to make progress.

After 40, your body can respond differently to training and nutrition. Stress, sleep, recovery, and hormonal shifts can affect progress, and it’s easier to lose muscle if strength training and protein are inconsistent. Coaching keeps the focus on what matters most: progressive strength training, protein and macros, steps, and routines you can sustain. We work closely to identify what’s getting in your way and build a plan that fits your life, then adjust it week by week based on your check-ins.
