THIS IS FOR YOU IF
Fit Forever is for women who are done collecting workouts and ready to follow one structured plan.
You do not need to be an advanced lifter. You do need to be willing to repeat the workouts and progressively challenge yourself. That is how your body changes.
Train at home with dumbbells and bands or use the equipment available at your gym. Most workouts take approximately 45 to 60 minutes.
I created Fit Forever after realizing that five-day training schedules were not the only way to build muscle. I needed a routine that challenged me without taking over my week.
Fit Forever uses the same structure I rely on now: three full-body strength sessions each week, with recovery days between them. It provides enough training to make progress while remaining simple enough to repeat.
I am an ISSA certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning specialist, with an ISSA nutrition certification. I built this program to remove the daily guesswork so you can focus on the part that changes your body: following through.
