A Note From Your Coach
I built Fit Forever after realizing that high volume, high intensity training was not sustainable for my body or my schedule. The sweet spot was strength training 3 days per week, consistent steps, and simple macros.
I am a certified personal trainer with additional training in nutrition, strength and conditioning, and bodybuilding. This program is the exact structure I use to stay lean, strong, and consistent over 40.

Do I need a gym membership?
No! If you train at home, dumbbells and bands are enough to start. Gym equipment like squat racks and cable machines are great options but not required. Each workout can be modified.
What if I’m a beginner?

Can I do this program if I’m in my 30s or younger?
