About
Welcome!

If I’m Cassie, an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and Bodybuilding Specialist. I help women over 40 build a strong foundation first, then strategically enhance it with science-backed beauty and procedures that actually work.
For years, I was the woman throwing money at beauty trends with mixed results. Everything changed when I realized that looking better starts with building strength. When I finally committed to fitness in my 40s, my body changed, my face changed, and my confidence transformed. That’s when it clicked: the women who aged best weren’t obsessed with skincare in isolation. They prioritized their strength, nutrition, and habits first. Everything else amplified from there.
I became obsessed with understanding the science behind this. I earned my certifications, studied nutrition and hormones, tested hundreds of products, and been honest about which procedures are actually worth your time and money. I’ve had Botox, lip fillers, lasers, and procedures most beauty influencers won’t admit to. I’m not here to sell you natural beauty ideology. I’m here to give you honest, research-backed guidance on what moves the needle.
Most beauty advice ignores fitness. Most fitness advice ignores aesthetics. Most wellness advice is either overcomplicated or vague. I created Here For Vanity to bridge that gap and help you build your glow up in the right order.
